This removes your account, every report you have ordered, the PDFs themselves, and the birth details they were built from. It happens immediately and it cannot be undone.
Download anything you want to keep first. Your reports are at /my-reports. Once this is done we cannot recover them, because there is nothing left to recover them from.
If you have paid us, the transaction record is retained by us and by our payment gateway for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. It holds the payment, the amount and the date. It does not hold your birth details. We are not permitted to destroy it on request, and this is the only exception.
Write to mytrikaal@gmail.com from the address you ordered with. We complete erasure requests within 7 days. The form above does it in about a second, which is why it is here.
