These terms govern your use of Trikaal, operated by UP N RUNNING. By ordering a report you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be survived, so they are short.
A written interpretation of your Vedic birth chart, delivered as a PDF of roughly 30 pages. It is produced in two distinct stages, and we are explicit about which is which because it is the basis of everything else here.

We say this on the front page and we repeat it here. If you want a reading handwritten by a human astrologer, this is not that product and you should not buy it.
Reports are provided for personal guidance and reflection only. Nothing in a report is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional.
We do not predict death, diagnose illness, or tell you that a relationship is doomed. Where a report describes a period as difficult it is describing pressure that the chart indicates, not asserting that a specific event will occur.
You remain solely responsible for every decision you make. Do not make an irreversible medical, legal or financial decision on the basis of a report.
We warrant that the astronomical calculations are performed correctly and that the report was generated from the birth details you supplied. We make no warranty of any kind that any interpretation, timing or forecast will prove correct, and none that a report will produce any particular outcome in your life.
Your birth time is the single largest source of error, and it is the part we cannot check. A few minutes can move the ascendant across a sign boundary and change a great deal of the reading. Where your time falls close to such a boundary the report says so and shows you the alternative. If you supply an incorrect birth time, the report will be internally consistent and wrong, and that is not a defect we can refund as one.
You must be at least 18 years old. You may order a report about yourself, or about another person whose birth details you are lawfully entitled to provide.
Your account is how reports are delivered, so keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has access, and we will sign every device out.
The full reading is Rs 249. The 3-year back-cast is Rs 49, and if you buy it first, that Rs 49 is credited against the full reading, which then costs Rs 200. Either route costs Rs 249 in total. Taking the free 3-year check costs nothing and changes no price.
We may from time to time offer an existing back-cast customer a limited-time price below Rs 200. Such an offer is stated in full when it is made, including the amount and the hour it expires, and applies only to the person it was sent to. We do not display a higher price than we charge, and the price quoted to you on the site is the price you will be charged at checkout.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
Payment is processed by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery timing is set out in full on our Delivery Policy page. In short: reports are generated in about five to ten minutes and appear in your account.
Because each report is generated to order from your specific birth details, it cannot be resold, and cancellation is only possible before generation begins. Our refund position is:
Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take five to seven working days to appear. To request one, email mytrikaal@gmail.com quoting the reference on your order.
To produce a report we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your date, time and place of birth. Birth details are personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we treat them as such.
Your computed chart is sent to our language model provider to write the report. Your name, email and phone number are not. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
You may ask us to delete your account and every report on it by emailing mytrikaal@gmail.com. We will do so within 7 days, except where we are required to retain transaction records for tax purposes.
Do not resell, redistribute or publish reports as your own work; do not attempt to abuse the free tier through repeated accounts; and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does, and we will refund any undelivered paid order when we do.
The report you buy is yours to keep, print and share privately. The engine, the templates, the prompts and the brand remain ours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any decision you take in reliance on a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version, and a change never applies retroactively to an order already placed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints may be directed to Anshul Rastogi at mytrikaal@gmail.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
